02 — In the contract

Fixed fee, agreed upfront. Never hourly.

The diagnostic fee is creditable. In full, against whatever follows.
Billed in stages against delivered work. Stop at any stage and keep everything produced.
Handover is included. It's the thing you're buying.

Accreditation and statutory body fees, paid by you directly. NABH's published rates.
GST.
Travel and stay, at actuals against receipts.
Capex and civil work. We flag it early with an estimate; you procure it. We take no vendor commission, ever.

03 — Where it comes back from

We won't promise you a multiple. These are the three places the money has actually come from.

Take your own denial rate against last year's claim value.

PM-JAY quality certification adds 5%, 10% or 15% to package rates.

Rosters against real census, procedure costing, untested vendor terms. Margin, not new revenue.
