What we are
Lifeline Hospital Consulting is the operating brand of Ananta Healthcare Private Limited. We advise clinics, hospitals and multi-site groups across India on new projects, revenue, operations, quality, people, growth and technology.
Engagements are clinician-led by standard: the people who design a ward's SOP have worked a ward. It's a hiring rule, and it's why we start at the bedside and work outwards to the P&L rather than the other way round.
